Pretty boring again here. I guess that's a good thing. It's all worth it - I LOVE UD Sundays, so I'm just holding out for tomorrow!
B: Iced tea, coffee/hwc
D: Turkey breast, maybe broth with SCQ
Target: under 400 calories
B: Iced Tea sweetened with stevia
L: Spaghetti squash w/ a little 0 cal spray butter
D: Atkins Chicken Alfedo frozen meal
S: Kosher dill pickle slices
440 calories so far. If I get desperate tonight I may have a sugar free jello and a few more pickles.
B: Quest Bar white chocolate raspberry and G2 Gatorade Pre-Race
Post-Race: Single Pecan Pie Tartlet (assumed 80 calories) and 2 cups coffee, black
D: 2 hot dogs
