I need help!
 
Do you think its a good idea to workout on DD?.....The last few DD I have had after eating and working out my calorie have been like 45 or 15 calories for the day....Any input you can give me would be great

Like so many things about JUDDD, it's different for everyone. You can workout on a DD - sure! Some people choose not to. I generally don't (or stick to light cardio) but it's very individual. There's no right or wrong answer. It depends on how you feel and what works for your body. Trial and error!

I work out on DD's all the time but I don't deduct workout calories from my total. If you feel fine, no reason not to!

I second Monica. I work out on my CD only because I have more energy and I don't deduct calories.

I workout on any day that my schedule and body allows. I have never had a problem with it and don't deduct calories for exercise or eat back exercise calories. Like others have said- it's whatever works for you.

Just started this week, but today, a DD, I ran my fastest 2 mile training run in a long time. And I didn't see any increase in hunger after it. I enjoy working out on DDs, and I really enjoyed working out back when I did full-day fasts on the fast days.
