DD Thursday! What's on your menu?
 
Black coffee;
zucchini noodles w/turkey meatballs and no-sugar added Ragu sauce (200 cals);
Chicken breast and cabbage soup (chicken breast shredded, chopped cabbage, a couple of green onions and chicken broth. May add some glucomanna for body) (150 cals)

Hi everyone!

B - coffee w/ half n half, 4 egg whites, whole grain toast - 314
S - plain greek yogurt w/ sweetener - 60
L - Salad w/ various veggies & 1 pouch sweet and spicy tuna - 198
S - hard boiled egg, plain greek yogurt w/ sweetener & 1 serving sliced almonds - 360
D - 3 egg whites + 1 egg scrambled, joseph's pita, brussel sprouts, 1 piece chocolate - 272

Total - 1204 (maint. DD)

DD-MD-whatever day (Low Day on Spike)

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee (355)
L: Smart Ones pot roast (190)
D: Zoodles with light Alfredo and rotisserie chicken - had this last night and it was soooo good! (321)


That's got me at 866 calories and I can go from 926-1200. I had 1210 on my last low day, then 1473 yesterday (1426 goal for "high" day) and hit a new low by a full pound this morning. :confused:

There may be a protein bar or wine thrown in at some point.

oh gawd. The scale reflected a 12 pound gain this morning upon return from a 2 week trip to South America. I know,mostly water and some fat, but uggg and I feel so gross. Today I am gonna try for a full fast, but if not, a hard boiled egg and a protein shake for 200.

Also, black coffee, tons of water, and a Pepsi Max

Ouis, it sounds like it was a fantastic trip! I'm sure those extra pounds will be gone in just a few rotations. I know what you mean about feeling like that though. :annoyed:

B: Iced tea
L: Black ginger spice coffee
S: Chobani
D: Tuna w/dill relish

Target: 400 or less calories

I added a Quest chocolate chip cookie protein bar to lunch. (190)

Oh, ouis, I hope you had tons of fun!!! The vaca weight will go away in a few rotations, I'm sure of it! Hang tough!!! No big thing!!!
