UD Thursday - Whatcha HAvin'?

Yesterday went well - less than 500 with stir fried veggies and just a bit of chicken. And in keeping honest, a finger full of dark Chocolate Icing :o

Today may not go too well. I was in a hurry this morning so I ended up with a hot pocket for breakfast, and spaghetti-o's for lunch :dunno: I'm kinda broke too, so no going out to lunch. Eh, well - a healthy dinner is on the menu in that case. I just don't know what yet - a meat and a veggie is as far as I've gotten.

Today wasn't so busy, it's the past few days that have been crazy - calming down now though :)

Hope everyone has a great day.
This 30 day perfect JUDDDing challenge is making my month go by sssssloooow!!!

Sirtain 10-03-2013 05:58 AM

I'm starting off with 3 pork link sausages, 3 scrambled eggs, creamed spinach, and a mini pumpkin pie (no crust). No idea what the rest of the day will bring, but I am happy just contemplating my breakfast. :)

Librarygirl 10-03-2013 06:22 AM

I had a good DD too. :)

b-coffee w/light cream, boiled egg, cottage cheese (and another boiled egg if I want it) - 310 (380 if I eat the other egg)

l-ham sandwich w/swiss cheese, 1 c. corn chowder - 420 approx.

s-heavenly crisp candy bar -110

d-possibly cheeseburgers if bf doesn't have one for lunch, fries, some kind of dessert of course, possibly a glass of wine or two. ;)

zipp2play 10-03-2013 06:26 AM

Ooooh, wine! :D

I'm having a headache, b/c rains are coming tonight and tomorrow... that, on top of my eye situation (nothing major, just looks awful) had me feeling a bit blue yesterday (in that I'm going to a big work meeting, like, all 250+ professional services team members from North America and UK, and I'm presenting on Monday to 2 sessions, and my eye looks like I'm turning into a vampire. :( )

ANYWAY-- I'm trying to be on plan with food, bc/ I don't need to add insult to injury, right?

B: 1 bagel, with light smoked salmon cream cheese on 1/2, and 3 light baby bel cheeses and some margarine on the other half.
water, vitamins

L: not sure

D: not sure, but will try to figure it out soon.

adillenal 10-03-2013 08:47 AM

L - HB patty with pickles and ketchup
D - potatoes, carrots and pork roast

!

I left my purse at home this morning so I have no money to buy ice cream. Blue Bell is my downfall for anywhere from 600-1200 calories. :hyst:

ladybarometer 10-03-2013 10:50 AM

Dinner will be baked chicken, greens, and potatoes - I'm gonna end up with a little over 1800 calories :)

I'm learning if my UDs aren't really UDs, than my DDs are extra difficult to maintain, since I wake up starving!

On both though, I've learned to leave my self some spare calories - I graze when I cook, I'm getting better, but it's a problem >_<
