DD Tuesday - having anything good?
B: Hot tea, iced tea
L: Coffee/HWC or Chobani
D: Avocado w/sea salt
Target: less than 400 calories
B: Chocolate PB Quest bar, coffee (165)
L: Small Wendy's chili with onions and TJ's habanero sauce (184)
Aiming for between 926 and 1200 calories. I guess that doesn't really sound like a DD, but it is as low as I'm going the next couple of weeks.
DD shooting for no more than 350 calories

45 calorie hot dogs and veggies to equal 320 calories
Going to make a vegetable soup that is low cal - great idea given today by LG I think. It could become my staple for the fall into winter on DDs. I had hoped to have broth today for lunch, but I'm out.

S - plain greek yogurt w. sweetener & lots of flaxseed - 226
L - Spinach salad w/ various veggies & salmon pouch ; apple greek yogurt - 255
S - sugar snap peas, pretzel crisps, 2 hard boiled eggs - 320
D - 1.5 servings brussel sprouts, 4 egg whites + 1 egg, joseph's pita, 1 piece of chocolate - 298
Total - 1199
First maintenance DD. I am doing regular rotations (1200/2100 - calculator #'s for my level of exercise). I am scared of 5:2!
