Hi guys!

I just wrote a small update in the Halloween thread and I'll just add here that I'm taking the next 7 days off from all exercise. Today is 12 weeks of butt kicking in the gym for me and I need a bit of R & R. I'll be back to my regularly scheduled on Wednesday October 9, 2013 at approximately 6:30am. :up:

I'll still come on every day and log my rest days...someone has to check up on the fitness crew after all! :D
