I'm going back to JUDDD, but haven't decided if I'll throw a little WLM in there or just go back to maintenance calories. My legs are very very sore, so I know the bulk of that bounce is water weight. No worries. It was still shocking to see, though.

I haven't really been JUDDDing for almost a week. I don't know what my issue is, but I've been in a full on funk and even though I WANT to do well, I've been really slipping up and comforting myself with food (and not working out either). Ugh. Every day is the day I'm going to get back on track and then it doesn't happen. Today's plan is to eat only wholesome nutritious foods, only when hungry, and only to satisfaction. I will be mindful of calories but I'm not shooting for any numbers. For some reason I feel like this is what my body wants right now. I need to break this yucky cycle and I'll go back to JUDDDing when it feels right.

Come and visit the chat threads etc daily Amy. I know it seems simplistic, but I know it helps. Even when we go off track getting the support and the kicks from all the great folks really helps.

You'll soon be on track and have your mojo back. Just because you aren't JUDDDing exactly doesn't matter, Dawn changed plan and still came to play with us.

Thank you! I'm definitely not leaving! I love JUDDD and I love the support here. I just need to figure out why it's not working for me right now and what to do about it. FWIW, I'm still suffering severe PMS so I'm guessing (hoping?) this will blow over when TOM finally rears its head.
