I'm afraid there's no routine whatsoever in my life!

Well my anticipated schedule has been scuppered for the week, so of course I wish I'd done a DD yesterday. Ah well, too late for that now.
Babysitting my Granddaughter today. Not the best recipe for a DD, as I like to set a good eating example for her ........

However, I was just thinking it isn't so long since I was thrilled to be ten pounds heavier than I am now. So I can hardly complain. Life happens.

My starting weight might be little inflated due to having few very high calories/carbs days in the row and impending TOM.

October 4 DD 161 (340 calories) (surprised as I didn't know how 2 UDs in a row would be)
October 5 UD 159 (2495 calories)
October 6 DD 161 (350 calories)
October 7 UD 159.5 (2450 calories) I'm not going to lose on 4:3 or know if I would if I don't get these UD calories under control... stay tuned
October 8 DD 161 (plan is for 350 calories)


Have decided to try 4:3 for the month of October.

Trying the Spike Diet with a JUDDD twist. My goal is to maintain in October.
High Day = 1426 calories (M, W, F)
Low Day = 926-1200 calories (T, Th, Sun)
Spike Day = 2852 calories (Saturday)

10/02 - 147.4 - HD - 1473
10/03 - 146.4 - LD - 1187 (new low)
10/04 - 146.6 - HD - 1426

10/08 - 148.4 - LD - may make it a real DD with 500-800 calories

TOM is on the horizon, probably in the next day or two, so we'll see what happens with this SPIKE thing and TOM.

Goal for October is 156 and regular exercise.


October 1 DD 160.5 (320 calories)
October 2 UD 159 (2476 calories - planned for 1765)
October 3 UD 160.5 (1750 calories)
October 4 DD 161 (340 calories) (surprised as I didn't know how 2 UDs in a row would be)
October 5 UD 159 (2495 calories)
October 6 DD 161 (350 calories)
October 7 UD 159.5 (2450 calories) I'm not going to lose on 4:3 or know if I would if I don't get these UD calories under control... stay tuned
October 8 DD 161 (350 calories)
October 9 UD 159.5


Have decided to try 4:3 for the month of October.

10/01 136.4 MD
10/02 136.2 Today is my birthday and I wanted to be 135 but this is the closest I have been in over 30 years! So I am happy! Plus after boot camp I was 135.8!

10/3-10/07 DNW Had my nieces wedding and was too busy and afraid to weigh, so I wanted to get one DD in yesterday before weighing

10/08 143.4 UD --wow that's bad....
