Trying the Spike Diet with a JUDDD twist. My goal is to maintain in October.
High Day = 1426 calories (M, W, F)
Low Day = 926-1200 calories (T, Th, Sun)
Spike Day = 2852 calories (Saturday)

October 4 DD 161 (340 calories) (surprised as I didn't know how 2 UDs in a row would be)
October 5 UD 159 (still counting... )
October 6 DD? 161 (not sure what I'm doing today - will update)


Have decided to try 4:3 for the month of October.

I am returning to JUDDD

My starting weight might be little inflated due to having few very high calories/carbs days in the row and impending TOM.

October Goal: 125

I didn't eat all day yesterday. Was very comfortably unhungry.
However, at 8pm we went out for a meal with DS and DiL so my exemplary DD turned into a 1300 cal UD.

It would suit me better to have UDs on Weds and Fri, so I'm going to risk another UD today and do DDs Tues, Thurs and Sat.

I am the same way. Anytime I have rotations making MWF DD's I epic fail Friday nights. DH and I talked about it in depth this weekend, we are switching to MWF up days and then we will have either Sat or Sun be a DD of our choosing. See what happens. I know it will work better for DS14 too. Not sure what will happen but with each Friday turning into an up day, it is worth trying!

Ugly bounce today, but I earned it yesterday eating Fair food, so lots of salt and not drinking water...or anything pretty much for that matter.
