October 2 UD 159 (2476 calories - planned for 1765)

Have decided to try 4:3 for the month of October. I'm nearing my original goal, but am going to see where this JUDDD journey takes me.

Rhonda, I'm a couch potato! Hopefully someone with experience will advise you.
However, I have read that intense exercise should only be done every other day, to allow healing time for the muscles.

Trying the Spike Diet with a JUDDD twist. My goal is to maintain in October.
High Day = 1426 calories (M, W, F)
Low Day = 926-1200 calories (T, Th, Sun)
Spike Day = 2852 calories (Saturday)
