10/01 136.4 MD
10/02 136.2 Today is my birthday and I wanted to be 135 but this is the closest I have been in over 30 years! So I am happy! Plus after boot camp I was 135.8!

You know, what's interesting about that is, with your super low DD's, the low days are not low at all and the High days, not bad either. Let us know how it goes. I'd ask about hunger issues, but I know you....that's not an issue!

Saw a new low in Sept. but didn't end up with a loss at the end for the first time since starting JUDDD. I really think, though, that typically (pre-JUDDD) I would be gaining right now (stress of changing job/lifestyle suddenly) and I've pretty much held steady, so I'm calling it a win.

Im not sure whats going on here I had a really good UD well with in my numbers and even worked out buring 350 calories.....I have been going to the gym 5 days a week burning between 200-400 calories a day....Do yall think this is hurting my weight loss?????

Bounces like that can only be water or food still in the system. Possibly inflammation as post-workout muscles repair themselves.
Not fat anyway!

Do you think its a good idea to workout on DD.....the last few DD I have had after eatting and working out my calorie have been like 45 or 15 calories for the day....Any input you can give me would be great
