This is not my first go round with dieting. I did well on both Atkins and SBD, just got lazy. I used to weigh every day, even when I wasn't "dieting". It became a barometer for my mood. I hated that. Since my Dh and I are doing this together, we agreed just to weigh at the beginning of the week, after a down day. I did feel better all week, not over eating, and eating a bunch of non- healthy stuff, so I get a feel for how I'm doing.

Yes!!! THANKS!! Was pretty stable since July, but am dropping a bit again his month! Wild! (And I am pretty happy about it! Especially at my original calorie numbers from 65+# ago!)

Another thing about the Daily Weigh In that is so helpful for me is being able to go back to any month since I started JUDDDing and see the patterns. It helps especially when I feel like I'm not progressing, to go back a month or two and see the difference. Or conversely, I can see that I need to make changes.

BACK to eod - 4:3 just messing with my head. I do believe that the calorie count on 4:3 would allow me to continue to lose weight, but eating that second UD my mind wasn't ready for it - then when I would eat, my body seemed to take over and say "Let's continue into a third day." and I was struggling mentally with cravings just to EAT! When I do eod, my DD are peaceful and my UD are enjoyable, and only once in awhile do I struggle. I do not enjoy struggling. <grin> And since this is for LIFE... I want it to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. So for me, right now - EOD!
