10/02 136.2 Today is my birthday and I wanted to be 135 but this is the closest I have been in over 30 years! So I am happy! Plus after boot camp I was 135.8!

10/3-10/07 DNW Had my nieces wedding and was too busy and afraid to weigh, so I wanted to get one DD in yesterday before weighing

I've made it no secret that I've been struggling and the scale is showing no pity. The good news is that TOM finally showed up (9 days late - holy cow!) and yesterday was the first day in nearly a week that I didn't overeat. I've been on track so far today too and feeling good so I hope I'm back in the driver's seat. My parents arrive today for a week and a half visit which usually equals vacation style eating so I really NEED to stay on guard. I am not going to try to follow rotations while they're here because I feel like I'd be setting myself up for failure so I am going to do medium days until they leave.

Whoa - did not mean to write a book. LOL.

Since my last post, my hormones really just jacked up my motivation, not just for this, but I had a general 'screw it' attitude about everything and just gave up for a few days.

Yesterday I had a DD and got back on track. I'm really glad it was only a few days and that I didn't just give up entirely.

Start date: 9/9 - September loss 8.2

October Goal: Solidly in the 170's and stick to my rotations

10/01 - DD - 183.4 - 763 cal
10/02 - UD - 181.2 - 2265 cal
10/03 - DD - 184.0 - 714 cal
10/04 - UD - 183.0 - 1835 cal - TOM

Yeah, it wasn't bad. But since I had been so close to the 170's in early Oct, the whole TOM, and TOM Round 2 three days later (which is why I'm pretty sure it's hormonal) just pushed me back to mid 180's ergo my grumpiness about it

Now to get my hiney to the 170's!

10/02 136.2 Today is my birthday and I wanted to be 135 but this is the closest I have been in over 30 years! So I am happy! Plus after boot camp I was 135.8!

10/3-10/07 DNW Had my nieces wedding and was too busy and afraid to weigh, so I wanted to get one DD in yesterday before weighing
