DD Monday - Menu's & Plans?

Monday again and a Down day... oh well.. Plan is:

B: Strong Tea... only thing that keeps me going on DD's
L: Crackerbreads with Philadelphia
D: Sirloin Steak with eggs

Totals about 520c...
My last 2 DD's have ended as UUAD's so fingers crossed I can keep to this!

My tummy is growling really loudly, so I am working on 32oz of water. See what that does. Hoping it will tame it.

Plan:

2 eggs/cottage cheese 180c or a protein shake 180c
tomato cottage cheese 65c
salad 135c
stir fry tonight probably around 200c

See how this goes!

30 day Challenge

Today starts my own 30 day perfect JUDDD challenge - no skipping, no alterations. I marked every day on my calender in a way that it will not interfere with the holiday or any special occasion (it luckily just worked out that way ). Today is the start, last day is Octoboer 30th - Halloween will be my up day/reward day. I feel like if I'm in competition with myself, I can do much better (I'm making it a game, sort of.)

I'll check in every day, count calories on *** and post those as well. Who knows, maybe I can still meet my New Years Resolution before 2014 of 30 lbs if I continue great JUDDDing

Anyways - Day #1

Lots of water!!
Lunch: Green Salad (3 cups) FF Italian dressing
Snack: SF Jello
Dinner: 2 tilapia filets
Snack: SF Jello if needed.

Total Calories: 281

Sirtain - Yes, it was taken in 2008 in Tokyo before I became ill in 2009 and started piling on the lbs! It is my 'fridge photo' so to speak!

Already messed up today so will end on around 850c...

That's a great fridge picture. Mine is on my Honey's dresser. It was taken on my 25th birthday, and I look pretty good. I still have that dress, and I am hoping to get into it again before my 50th birthday, and have a matching picture made. Hmm...I haven't tried the dress on in a while. I'm going to go do it right now.

D: Avocado and corn salad.

I planned more for lunch, but I was full halfway through the yogurt. My best friend who is Vegan and a Nutritionist has me hooked on Avocado and corn salads right now. I can't wait to eat that after the gym tonight.

sort of a crazy weekend... wine tasting on Saturday that turned into a UUAD, had a ok UD yesterday (got bit by some insect while picking crabapples, spent the day making jams and icing my hand! ), and back to DD today...

might be higher in calories today, getting back into the swing of the week, but have high hopes for the rest of the week!

Lunch: Atkins shake-140 calories

Gum: 3 1/2 calories to get the nasty taste out of my mouth from the Atkins shake

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Herb Roasted chicken- 170 calories

Snack: 3 saltine crackers- 42 calories

Total calories: 355.5

This is my first DD, and it wasn't too bad. I'm finding that the shakes are just horrible. Someone spoke of the Lean Cuisine dinners, so I went to the store today in search of low calorie proportioned food that I can do for induction. I bought a Smart Ones Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal for 180 calories & 2 Lean Cuisine dinners(150 & 170 calories). After my 2 weeks of induction are up, I'll probably start trying some recipes from the book.

Thanks, Lisa. I did find a recipe on the web, but forgot to buy the ingredients today lol. Well, I got some corn, and having corn chowder for supper. I might make this salad this weekend.

I have a really bad headache and really hungry because I didn't spread my food.

I stopped eating lastnight at 5:45pm.
Started with a fasted workout (HIIT + weights).
Had a cup of tea - 50 @ 9am
Pepperette at 11:30- 100
Pepperette at 1:30 - 100
spaghetti squash with diced tomatoes, mushrooms and groundbeef- 225 @7:30pm

I had to break down and have some cheese and a few nuts shortly after dinner because I was feeling sick. I've been keeping my busy by cleaning up and making tomorrow's lunch. Going to bed soon because I'm just feeling yuck.
