UD Thursday: Plans?
 
Hi everyone!

B - coffee w/ half n half, 1 oz baked doritos (oops), and plain greek yogurt mixed w/ sweetener, PB2, flax & shredded coconut
S - piece of whole grain toast w/ cinnamon & sweetener
L - Amy's lean burrito + a huge salad
S - more greek yogurt, with strawberries
D - no idea. The BF is cooking and promises a yummy and healthy seafood dish with some sort of veggie

Aiming for 2000-2100ish

Our weekend plans to go to our favorite breakfast place fell through (they had a line out the door and around the block!), so we went there this morning before work/school.

B: Train Wreck (cottage potatoes smothered with melted cheese, bacon, and scrambled eggs) and a biscuit with the most amazing gravy EVER! This came in close to 1100 calories, but I only ate half.
L: Leftover Train Wreck!
D: ?? Will need to be a protein and veggie of some sort. DH is working a concert tonight, so Keira and I will probably go out.

D: Vodka gimlet, 3 slices pizza
D: Black cherry ice cream

sn: wasa with laughing cow, dried apples
l: chobani, roasted cauliflower, pumpkin cupcake
d: hamburger, veggies, ???

TOtal to be 1765 or thereabouts

B: Coffee w/cream
D: was thinly sliced sirloin sauteed in olive oil with onions over romaine and pico de gallo. I baked an avocado w/parmesan cheese like "fries" but I didn't have the patients to bake it long enough :laugh: was still good though
S: bangers and mash (my "mash" will be cauliflower) w/onion gravy and green beans

Mixed Nuts (quarter cup)
LC wrap with 2 TB natural peanut butter
Veggies and 1 TB Ranch dressing

Banger's and mash, taters smothered in gravy
 
Zing zing zing went my heart. Favored foods!

So far today 664 cal. 5 grm. carb.

Cost Co. Polish dog minus the bun, with onion,pickle relish,mustard
Pizza toppings: Pepperoni, cheese, mushroom,olive,red onion. so good!
One sugar free pecan patty. Stover's.
Two mugs coffee with 2 tbs. HWC.

Will be back later with whatever else I have.
