I have only had coffee w/cream so far (110), but feel faint with hunger. :D Hopefully, I won't actually faint.

lunch is 20 calories of chicken broth
dinner will be big green salad with Walden Farms 0 calorie dressing and about 200 calories of ham - although Dawn's ice cream dinner sounds better! <wink>

Hi all! I don't normally workout on DDs, but when I do I usually eat the calories I've burned (or I feel awful). The handful of times I've done this I've shown a loss, so hoping that holds true this time too. So anyway, that's the reason for my 1000ish calorie DD:
B - plain greek yogurt w/ sweetener, strawberries & flax ; coffee w/ half n half - 286
L - veggie salad w/ balsamic ; 4 egg whites - 175
S - plain greek yogurt w/ sweetener, strawberries & shredded coconut & flax ; coffee w/ half n half -306
D - 168g brussel sprouts, 5 egg whites, joseph's pita - 205
S - coffee w/ half n half - 20
Total - 992
DD Liver and onion
647 calories with 9 grams carb and 3 grams fiber
coffee w. HWC
2 oz. liver, fried
1/4 c. onions fried
Chunks of buttered cauliflower
Cherry tomatoes 3
Later: tea with HWC
I am hopeful that I can do this. I have turkey broth standing by
and Shirataki noodles, diet soda, jello cubes.
