Just posted on the DD check in thread, I had a Caesar salad w/ baguette at Panera for lunch. My lips better be zipped and glued for the rest of the day now! LOL!

Dawn the pictures are great.

I am not bragging about my DD as I have sinned and fallen short with
a tamale, beans and cauliflower, and anyway it all came to 900 calories.

What is my penance? Tomorrow is an UPPPPPPP day. What shall I do
my JUDDD BUDDDs?

Just do your regular UD tomorrow and stick with your rotations girl! It will be just fine!!!! this is Juddd, there is no penance involved ever. LOL!

I agree with Melinda, Barbo. Just move on to a regular UD tomorrow and go from there. No penance or punishment allowed for a higher DD! It's such a small thing over the course of time.
