Up Day Monday Plans
I started my morning with chicken wings and some low-carb crepes with strawberry jam and cream.
Lunch will be more leftovers(got to clear out the fridge) but I am thinking of trying a new cauliflower recipe to round things out.
And for dinner we are going to McDonald's. I'm thinking of burgers without buns. Yes, PLURAL! :)
Just starting out, today is day 4, and laughing a bit over the fact that I'm not ravishing the fridge directly after waking on UDs LOL
So far coffee with HWC and coconut oil.
Tuna salad with lots of mini-peppers will be lunch.
Not sure about dinner yet. Maybe grill cheeseburgers because it's going to be a nice day and one never knows when grilling weather will abruptly end here in Minnesota.
B: Bagel thin w/ cc and granola bar
L: Tuna sandwich, pineapple yogurt, grapes, pudding cup
D: Macaroni & cheese
S: Two fudge brownie cookies.

L - not sure it's a business meeting
D - chicken and rice 380c (with something else, depends on Lunch)
1900c is the goal
on day 6 of JUDDD and have dropped 5 lbs :) loving this!!
B: Hobnob Chocolate Flapjack
L: Chicken Tikka Flatbread with crunchy onion rings
D: Pepperoni pizza (buy as cheese & tom but we add pepperoni & peppers as it's cheaper than buying take out!!)
S: Prawn Crackers
Feeling quite a bit better today :)
B: leftover noodles w/cottage cheese/parm and a bit of chicken
BIG serving of "bircher muesli" which is yogurt/oatmeal/fruit/seeds/nuts.
This should clean up whatever is remaining on my insides ;)
L: um... maybe a snack later. I'm thinking melon soup. I have the overripe melon, and fresh mint in my garden, and some yogurt...
D: I took out salmon filets, and some sort of veggie.
