Hi all!

My DD got massively out of control yesterday so I'm making today more of a MD:

B - black coffee
L - salad w/ greens, tomato, onion, lentils, mushrooms, hard boiled eggs
D - 2 slices pizza

UD Friday! Haven't added it all up yet - but plan for 1765 calories

b/ coffee with half and half, 2 bacon, 1/2 cup strawberry Kefir
sn/ 2 wasa crisp bread with laughing cow cheese
l/ homemade turkey chili
d/ hamburger on 100 calorie roll, vegetables, Special K pastry snack (100 calorie)
sn/ ice cream cone
