UD - Thursday Plan?
 
Friday-Eve everyone!!!!!!!

It's book club night for me! LOVE BOOK CLUB NIGHT!

B - 2 eggs, toast 270c
S - strawberry/cottage cheese 100c
L - pork chop and tomato salad 240c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - BBQ chicken sliders and sides! I have 1100c , plus I am making my champagne punch (which tastes nothing like the wine or champagne in it)

I had bratwurst with onions, bell peppers, tomato, and garlic leftovers, and a piece of fried haddock with tartar sauce for breakfast.
Meeting my Honey to try out a new burger place for lunch, so that will be a bunless burger with the fixings.
I think there will be a snack of quiche, and dinner of roasted chicken.

I think I got your ice cream obsession. I've had it 3 times this past week. That's my normal YEARLY amount! :D

...and here's me, planning on making banana ice cream, and my super dark chocolate ice cream, sometime today and tomorrow, for my in-laws' visit this weekend! :D
maybe I'm a bad influence too? ;)

I really would like to eat normal food, but not sure my tummy agrees with me... today, I tried some cereal and almond milk.
we'll see what happens...

B: rice crackers, 2 slices toast with low sugar jam
S: 2c cereal and almond milk
L: maybe soup, later
D: not a clue?

I love ice cream of any kind. I have recently discovered these wonderful frozen greek yogurt bars in honey/carmel. YUMMY! 90c each!

SOren, :hugs: your poor tummy. As my DS14 would say "your tummy isn't upset it is ANGRY!!!!!" as he is puking up his toes! :D

UPP DAY WITH LC

865 cal, 33 carb, 51 protein, 57 g. fat

2 fried eggs
1 bacon
1 LC bread
1 tbs. cream cheese
Coffee with 2 tbs. HWC

1 Mexican chicken patty 140 cal.
1 oz. Jack cheese melted
Salsa and cilantro
1/2 c. strawberries with 1 tbs. cream and ss

Flavored waters.
I need more fiber, calories but no more fat.

Will return to post if and when I eat more.

Hey gang.
Yep, angry tummy.
Did see th Dr today, she thinks it's just gastro, but let me know I was dehydrated, hence feeling worse.
So, still eating BRAT, but got the inlaws canceled for the weekend, and she wants me to rest.
