DD Tuesday ~ What's your plan?
B: Black coffee, peanut butter chocolate Quest bar (165)
L: Small Wendy's chili with TJ's habanero sauce and onions (184)
D: ?? I made some onion dip with FF Greek yogurt. Might have that with some slices of zucchini. Or, maybe more yogurt with raspberries. Or another Quest bar. Or . . . or . . . or . . .

Trying to get more protein lately and my weight's going down a little bit, even though I've been having higher UDs and moderately high DDs. Hmm, there might be something to this.

Me too Dawn. I'm trying to get as much protein as possible on DDs. I'm lucky I love protein, because it's no hardship. I'm a few calories higher than "calculator" which I've been trying to stick with. But I'm hoping my body will allow for it since it's protein. We'll see...

Potatoes! :D

Mine will be baked, split open, and topped with 1 tablespoon bacon bits and 1 tablespoon Tostitos salsa con queso.

DH's will be quartered, cut crosswise into wedges, put on parchment paper lined baking sheets, sprayed lightly with olive oil spray, sprinkled with garlic salt, and roasted at 400* for one hour. He loves them cold, with chopped sweet onion and malt vinegar on top.

I'm with you guys on the protein train! Today will be 67 grams. Not too shabby for a DD.

B - coffee w/ half n half, greek yogurt - 120
L - sauteed onion, spinach, mushrooms w/ 4 egg whites - 95
S - greek yogurt, 11g choc chips :laugh: - 111
S2 - broth - 10
D - 7 egg whites, joseph's pita - 165

Add to that - some little peppers (not pepperocinis, but something similar) w/ 1oz fresh mozz & a beefsteak tomato slice.
