UD Tuesday - plan?

Good Tuesday morning to all!

B - 2 eggs, toast 270c
L - pizza and tomato salad 350c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - is spaghetti (GF Pasta, ground turkey and red sauce) 500c (guessing will figure tonight)

that leaves 590c , there will probably be popcorn and chocolate!

Okay, I've got my internet service back, so I'm ready to rock and roll with posting again!

I started today off with some meatballs in marinara and zucchini. Dinner is going to be bratwurst with bell peppers and onions. Lunch...not sure yet.

Rough night- my dinner choices yesterday did not sit well.
Back to BRAT today
Not counting calories really,but something like:
B: applesauce, 80
Diet ginger ale
Can of chicken noodle soup, 160?
Piece of fat free honey cake, 230

Now I'm sipping more ginger ale , and considering yogurt or something to get the gut back online.

I had a wonderful UD and still came in around 1500.

L Pulled pork wrap and a Soya Flat White.
S Toasted teacake with butter, sup of tea
D Venison steak, 3 baby new potatoes, green bean casserole ( made with cream and almonds) 2 glasses of red wine.

Whew I'm stuffed.

Hi,
Wondering how the night will go, but I stuck to BRAT fortune whole day. Around 800-1000 cals I think...

I had some basmati rice with soy sauce (staying away from butter etc)
I had some rice crackers...
I had some low sugar Gatorade stuff... Doh, just realized I could have bought coconut water!

Here's hoping for tomorrow.
