I rode my scooter to work (car's in the shop), so I can't make it to my Banh Mi place for lunch. Then, after work, I have a chiro appointment and will have to figure out how to get there on time without going on the freeway. Technically, my scooter is rated for freeway speeds, but I'm not quite that confident yet, especially with rush-hour traffic. :o

I ended up having some peanut butter cookies for an additional 240 cals, so was at 670...had an egg salad sandwich for lunch, which I guesstimate at 400 cals, and chips (200)...having potato soup for dinner, and pineapple coconut cheesecake for dessert!! Plus wine.:o I can't celebrate tomorrow (wkend), so I'm celebrating the end of the wk tonight.:sing:

D: Vodka gimlet (maybe 2 :o), chicken teriyaki stir fry with Asian vegetables
D: Cantaloupe

Target: 1900 calories or a few less

I will probably end the day at around 2200-2300, but possibly less. Seems to be the magic UD number for a while now...magic in that it's what I like, not what is working for weight loss. :D Hopefully, the exercise and weights will help with that!

Ack, way too many carbs for me today. {sigh} I hate feeling too full. BLUCK!

L: chicken quesadilla (2 small) with salsa & a few chips
S: home made banana chocolate chip bread (had a craving today)
D: crock pot lasagna

1807 cals but I am over stuffed so maybe I'm off with my counting. Yucko!

Thanks Cindy, got there with no problems. :laugh:

ETA: Lunch ended up being Banh Mi at the closer place. I finally tried it and it was really good, so about 320 calories for lunch instead of 410.

Dinner was Mexican at a small, local place, so I had to estimate calories. I got the Monterey Enchilada which was more like a smothered chicken burrito than an enchilada, and was even made with a large flour tortilla. I got the whole beans inside rather than refried, but am still estimating dinner at around 1000 calories between my half of the chips and salsa and 2/3 of the enchilada/burrito thingy. Then I had wine.

I logged all that, but just realized I forgot to add some fresh grapes I had before bed, so I probably went over by 100 or so. I'm not too concerned, since I estimated high on my dinner. It should work out okay.
