DD Thursday - What's on your menu?
 
Hi Guys...
I'm back on it... today's DD is prep for what I know will be a very messy weekend away with family in London. Travel back on Monday so Tuesday will be another DD.

B: Weetabix
L: 6 x Ryvita Crackerbread with Light philidelphia
D: 2 x toast & marmite.

Comes in around 650c - the aim was for 500c but will be doing a 3km walk this evening burning around 200c so I reckon it will be ok!

B- 2 oz canadian bacon, 1 egg white, 1 tsp. 1/2 and 1/2




L- 2 magic pops, 2 oz turkey, 2 laughing cow cheese



D- steamed broccoli, carrots, red peppers; tyson grilled chicken breast

435 cal

Here's the current plan:

2 eggs / cottage cheese 180c Or a protein shake 180c
tomato / cottage cheese 65c
cherry tomato/cauli/peppers/celery salad 150c
deli ham 50c

that is 445c that will leave 155c for tonight, if needed. Goal is 600c

It's FRIDAY-EVE ALL!!!!!!

Im back on it as well -- I just got in engaged and the wedding is in a year! Definitely have more than enough motivation to stick to it this time ! :)

I have a potentially crazy weekend coming up too, so I want to be exceptionally "good" today & tomorrow.
Saturday is pizza, pop, chips, cake & ice cream for DD's birthday party.
Sunday is a meal at DD's request - Steak, corn, cheesy potatoes.

D: Want to keep it 100c or under.

I have class tonight so I need to bring enough water with me to get through that.

Totally bombed my intended low carb UD yesterday but today is a new day.

BF: cheese string, GY/CC/PP
L: tomatoes and hamburger patty
D: think I have 3 mini pork sausages to eat up, salad w/yogurt dressing and parmesan, bacon
S: 1/2 hamburger patty and more tomato, celery and / or snap peas if I feel munchy

Just are a granola bar for 90c. On my way to class in a bit. Got my water ready.

I must have been delusional when I wrote that dinner menu - or thinking it was an up day. :) Just going to have the snack for dinner and have another small serving of GY/CC/PP this evg.
250 + 300 + 150 + 100 = ~ 800 cal (not sure how lean the beef is so est'g high)
~ 75-80 g protein or so
