I do not get 70g of protein on a DD. I get 28g on my DD and 112g on my UD, which averages out to 70g per day over the two days.

What I used to eat was only an average of 66g averaged over the two days.

I got a whopping 65 grams of protein on yesterday's DD for less than 600 calories. I was shocked. I often don't get that much on UDs. Here's what I had.

B: Quest bar
L: Small Wendy's chili
D: 1C FF Greek yogurt w/raspberries and 2 slices of Jones' Farms ham
