The plan:
B - black coffee and one coffee w/ half n half - 20
S - berries with a small dollop of vanilla greek yog - ?
L - sauteed veggie/egg white scramble - ?
D - 84g brussels, 4 egg white, joseph's pita - 155

I have broth and diet sodas too if needed.

Aiming for 425 but I may go slightly higher if I feel anything like I did on my last DD. Total :stars: in the evening. I powered through it but I didn't get anything done that night. I have too much to do tonight to deal with that!

Hmm, I had an unexpected breakfast out with my dad this DD. Lovely company, but I am so not a fan of eating on DDs. I wasn't hungry then, but sure have been since eating this morning. {sigh} Anyhoo, egg beater western omlette with a few bites of hashbrown this morning. 472 for the day, if I can withstand making the family dinner without caving!

IKWYM, Flutter, but you could stand to have a higher DD now and then. ;)

I didn't eat anything yet today. Only coffee so far, and more coffee now. Plan on making a spinach, mushroom, onion and cheese omelet for my dinner. :)

D: small piece turkey meatloaf, broccoli: 129

total 430

I wasn't planning on this dinner, but I was really hungry.:dunno:
