UD Monday plans
B: Bacon & cinnamon toast, coffee cream (~ 400)
L: Chili, cantaloupe (~500)
D: Potato skins, Caesar salad (~500)
Snack - frozen grapes (~100)
I need to think about more food. Maybe steal a slice of DS's leftover pizza. Or have a couple of chicken wings (240 cal per 2! Shouldn't have bought that brand, too much breading anyway.) :annoyed:

S - protein granola bar 190c
L - garbonzo bean salad 300c
D- I know we have turkey to grill up and potatoes. I will get up! I have 1100c to use! I am sure it won't be a problem.

L: 2 ham sandwiches on wheat bread
S: Oatmeal w/ cranberries, Coffee
D: Fast food...

second breakfast (after morning chores and I am starting LATE since I am not working today - flaxseed pancakes
L - may not be hungry yet

Today is my first day on JUDDD. It is going to be an UD.
B- 2 slices pre-cooked bacon, 1/8 small avocado, low carb tortilla
S- Kashi Dark Chocolate Coconut bar
L- 3 oz oven roasted turkey, 1 oz cheese, 1 large sliced tomato
S- 1 oz nuts
D- 3 oz beef filet, 1/2 small baked potato, steamed broccoli, red bell peppers and carrots
My breakfast was eggs, sausage, and greens.
Lunch will be sushi and sashimi (lots!).
Dinner plans include meatloaf, broccoli, and maybe a sweet potato.
B: Bulletproof Coffee
L: Eggs, turkey bacon, sausage, chili w/sour cream, broccoli and cheese
D: Taco Bake w/sour cream
S: Cup Cake my daughter made (too many carbs!)
2392 calories, (67.9% F, 10.4% C, 21.7% P)
I'm a little afraid to count the calories, but here's my day so far-- guess I can pull it back with a reasonable dinner:
B: 3 slices of cheese and salami, rolled
2 quite small HB eggs
1 dannon "greek" yogurt, coffee flavor
L: 3 large sandwich halves... 2 were turkey, 1 was ham
no chips :)
so maybe I'll have my healthy-choice steamer meals today, since I"ve made plans to go out the rest of the week (both UD and DDs , yikes) with work people.
Breakfast stayed the same - 1 piece of bacon, 1 piece cinnamon toast and coffee cream ~ 300
L: one piece of deep dish pepperoni pizza, few frozen grapes and 1 bag 100 cal white cheddar popcorn ~ 400
D: leftover 1/2 chicken/veggie wrap (300?) + added a bit of dressing (dry without) and small bag of S&V chips (210), 2 gl wine (300?) ~ 800
Total about 1500.
