L - egg white scramble w/ zucchini, mushrooms, onion -
D - 84g brussel sprouts, joseph's pita, 4 egg whites - 155
Snack will probably be plain greek yogurt w/ sweetener. Maybe berries.
Goal is 425

I wasn't at all sure what I was going to do today until just now. Here's the plan:
B: Iced tea, iced coffee
D: Chicken Breast, low-cal cole slaw w/WF Ranch
Target: 450 or less
I am F-R-E-E-Z-I-N-G today! All that iced coffee and tea I guess.
