UD Saturday - Plan?
Hope your Saturday is going well!
It's raining here, so I guess we'll move our bbq indoors.
I'm feeling quite a bit better from yesterday, though still not perfect... guess I might have a semi DD, b/c now I'm afraid to eat anything that will set me off.
Anyway, DH is washing the party-ware, and we'll start getting ready and shopping soon.
B: maybe apple sauce and a pancake?
D: we're serving hot dogs, hamburgers, cheese, grilled salami (always a big hit)... friends are bringing pasta salad and a dip, and I'll get other dips and chips.
I'll try to figure out smores in the oven, later.
B: Chili w/Sour Cream and Coffee with HWC
L: Beef Pho w/cabbage and broccoli instead of the rice noodles
D: Salad w/chicken and feta cheese
Yesterday was an MD so I'm looking to stay with UD, but hoping for lots of protein. That being said I have no idea what to eat today.
At a conference, so hotel food....
B: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, banana nut muffin, OJ, coffee
L: cold cut sandwich, brownie
D: steak, salad, probably veggies or rice will come with that
B - had a Texas shaped waffle with SF syrup at the motel breakfast
L - fair food since I am at a goat show at a fair. YUM.
D - had blue bell banana pudding ice cream

My party went well-- it stopped raining, but we stayed inside until later in the evening, then just a few of us (like, 8?) sat outside, and eventually made smores :)
I'm still feeling a bit queasy-- I felt better with some food and with the energy of people here, but once they started to leave, I felt icky again. Anyway, looking forward to a DD tomorrow.
I usually want to eat everything in sight when I travel, but I'm thinking I'll stick with some pretzels and diet gingerale for most of the day, then maybe something bland for dinner (my hotelroom has a kitchen, so I can shop and cook for myself for some meals).
