I wasn't hungry when I awoke, so thought I'd make today a lower DD. I've only been up an hour, and now I'm ravenous, so that's not going to happen!

I've been pretty lax this week, so let's see how well I can do on a Saturday.
4pm and just two cuppas so far today = 30 cals.
Dinner - Courgette spaghetti with veg and smoked mussels = about 150 cals
Supper - Ryvita with cheese = 100 cals
More cuppas = 45 cals
Total, hopefully = around 330 cals
