DD Saturday Menus :)
Black coffee, tea and broth today I think. If I absolutely need "food", maybe potatoes in broth.
I wasn't hungry when I awoke, so thought I'd make today a lower DD. I've only been up an hour, and now I'm ravenous, so that's not going to happen! :hyst:
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee (355)
L: Small Wendy's chili with TJ's habanero sauce (180)
D: ?? Probably Greek yogurt 0% (120) and 200 g watermelon (60)
Total 715 ish
Having a MD today.

D: out for beer and wings, nachos etc. with friends
I'm going for a protein day today. I think.
D: 2 HB eggs and 2 oz deli ham
Target: under 450
I've been pretty lax this week, so let's see how well I can do on a Saturday.
4pm and just two cuppas so far today = 30 cals.
Dinner - Courgette spaghetti with veg and smoked mussels = about 150 cals
Supper - Ryvita with cheese = 100 cals
More cuppas = 45 cals
Total, hopefully = around 330 cals

General Tsao's Shiritaki Chicken
1oz non-fat Greek yogurt with sf vanilla da Vinci's
