DD Friday - plan
DD's on Friday are the worst! I tend to struggle. Tonight I have a plan....CLEANING HOUSE! :lol:
2 eggs, cottage cheese 180c
deli ham laughing cow 85c
tomato/cottage cheese 65c
If needed Protein shake 180c
Dinner tonight will be veggies with protein if no shake.
Goal around 600c
Instead I did 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast 215c
I woke up :sick: today... Not sure if its food or virus or what. Blech.
Took a bunch of anti-emetic stuff, and alka seltzer, went back to bed.
Feeling better now, like up to maybe a 4.5 out of 10.
I have so much to do though, we have a BBQ party tomorrow to host (and it's going to rain all day... So, inside, I guess) AND I have to pack to leave on Sunday.

I love Friday DDs... Because Saturdays are usually busy, and so the hardest to control what I eat.
Today I've had nothing until now (4pm) and I'm eating some warmed up leftover veggies & a slice of ham with some hazelnut flavored coffee.
I'll be traveling tonight, and at a conference tomorrow, so at the mercy of fast food and banquet food. Might try for Subway or maybe just a Wendy's side salad & small chili for tonight's dinner on the go.
Still feeling pukey :sick:
Trying to pack... Moving slowly.
Dinner was 3 eggs, half a bagel, slice of honey cake.
Might have over done it..
Heres hoping I have more energy tomorrow for the bbq we are hosting.
And no rain! :aprayer:
