UD Thursday - plan?
Today is going to be a great day. Numbers I am hoping to stay close to 1900c. I get to pick where we got get lunch from for work.... DECISIONS!
B - omlette toast 320c
S - protein granola bar 190c (if needed)
L - NEED TO DECIDE
D - shrimp, my FAVE! DH said he would surprise me with what he comes up with! :D
It's FRIDAY - EVE!!!!!!!!!
B: Vanilla greek yogurt w/ bran, Coffee w/ creamer
L: Lentil stew
S: Oatmeal, Peach, Coffee
D: Pork steak, Veggies, probably Salad
Coffee w/ creamer
Maybe some ice cream with chocolate syrup!
I've got cake, I'm happy to share! :D
B: 1 serving muesli-- this batch is 426 per serving (but I'm working on lowering it)
L: not sure yet, maybe splurge on a salad from Wendy's or something if I'm out
D: also not sure, I'll raid the freezer for something grillable
Meat and eggs, all day long!! Sausage, pork chops, meatloaf! :)
B - scrambled eggs, coffee with HWC
L - boiled fresh shrimp from the coast. Got them yesterday
D - beef, chard
Well, SOREN did post my Cake! That cake I can have and eat every bite with ZERO guilt! :jumpjoy: :laugh: :D

2 egg omelet with onions/peppers
2 tbs. HWC
Left over black mushroom chicken
1/2 c. rice
3 cherry tomatoes
1 sugar free chocolate pecan patty
Kefir 8 oz.
1/3 c. cottage cheese
Little container of chopped peaches SF
End of day...
Went over in cals, but i still count it as a win
L: big serving of homemade "Wendy's" chili
S: lighter honey cake and almond milk
D: back ribs (dry rub), 2.5 cobs corn wi marg, more cake, and 2 slices olive foccacia.
Onward and downward!
