Dinner is my only planned out meal today. My usual:
D - 84g brussel sprouts, 4 egg whites, joseph's pita w/ cinnamon & sweetener - 155 cals
I'm aiming for 425 today and brought various low calorie snacks to work. Not sure what I'll eat or when. Just going with the flow. I have:
plain greek yogurt
iced coffee w/ almond milk

D: zucchini noodles w/light alfredo sauce topped w/2 poached eggs (251 cals)
S: egg drop soup (chicken broth, egg, green onions, ginger, garlic, coconut aminos) (99 cals)
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee (355)
L: Small Wendy's chili with TJ's habanero sauce (180)
D: Amy's Mexican tamale pie (150) may add a cut up tomato with some ACV (35)
Here's my DD:
B: Coffe w/hwc = 60
D: Not sure, if anything.

L - 15g green onion + 132g zucchini sauteed and scrambled w/ 5 egg whites, iced coffee w/ almond milk - 117
Snacks - broth, 113g plain greek yogurt w/ sweetener and cinnamon, 2g choc chips (LOL) - 79
D - 84g brussel sprouts, 4 egg whites, joseph's pita w/ cinnamon & sweetener - 155
Total - 426
Total change of plan due to change in hiking itinerary involving apparently 120 floors and over 21000 steps. Close to zero for the day on a net basis.
Had a Wendy's bacon cheeseburger deluxe with a medium fries for lunch. Only 1/2 the bun though.
