DD Wednesday - plans?
Well, at least it is already Wednesday!
Here is what I have:

that will leave 125c for tonight!
Coffee w/ cream
Baby carrots, Celery, Laughing Cow, Ham slices
Not sure what's for dinner yet...

I'm taking a few vacation days... recovering from the renovation, preparing for our party on Saturday, and for my next business trip to CA on Sunday :doh:
Anyway, today will be my first really good DD. I'm feeling more mentally ready than I have in AGES!
B: nothing yet.
I did take 2 ptero blue with some SF crystal lite grapefruit "juice:
L: feeling inspired by Monica's menu... maybe I'll go food shopping, and get some eggs and cottage cheese (we're all out of just about everything).
D: probably chicken thighs (marinated in Frank's hot sauce, grilled) and arugula salad?
I'll have to go look at my numbers and plan this out.
Breakfast: V8 fusion mixed with diet sierra mist - 120 calories
Lunch: 45 calorie toast and a poached egg - 115 calories
Dinner: I am thinking Greek yogurt - about 150 calories depending on which flavor I pick :)
That leaves me about 100 to 150 calories to play with ;)
Soren get some items for me! Our cupboards are bare too!
L: Orange cream Dannon Greek Yogurt and 10 green seedless grapes
D: Laughing cow cheese and 5 unsalted crackers
Heading to the gym after work and hoping for no after gym cravings.

I am experimenting with beef since the thread about how long it takes to digest beef made me think it would keep me full longer. So far so good.

Home made sf frozen yogurt 1/2 c.
Relax tea with 1tbs.creamer

Quest Protein Bar
Fruit Salad (1/2 banana, 1/4 cantaloupe, 1 nectarine, 1/2 C. Strawberries)
Plain NF Greek yogurt, 2 Tblsp. ground flax seeds
Whey Protein Shake w/ coffee
Restarting rotations again today with higher DDs. In hopes of avoiding previous negative side effects such as; headaches, hypoglycemia, dizzyness, fatique, LBM loss & insomnia. :aprayer:

I did have my ptero this morning, wonder if that helped with the hunger?
Dunno, but I found today quite bearable.
I'm within 10 lbs. of my goal range, and if my ave. calories go below 1200 daily, I usually lose water & muscle instead of fat.
