Love what you posted Carol. We create these goals, but often forget that the baby steps we're taking are just as important. Feeling more confident with who you are is one of the greatest goals we could ever achieve.

Congrats to everyone for all the hard work. I hope we all enjoy a Halloween cupcake or candy bar today.

I'm good with a Thanksgiving Challenge!

As for my Halloween Challenge - I had three goals and made 1 of them. I am ok with it and also that I am not back to exercising regularily. I just need to do it and not think about it so much.

I like where I am as well - but want to continue to lose a bit. When I first began JUDDD my goal was in conjunction with another goal I had set for retirement - that was to lose 25 pounds to commemorate the 25 years I have worked here. I have attained that goal - but can see on my body that I need to lose a bit more and tighten up what's left.

Interestingly I set my 25 pound goal last January and by May 1 (when I began JUDDD) had managed to gain 2 pounds, so I set my JUDDD goal for 27 pounds. I will be forever grateful for finding JUDDD.

I'm not at 190, 192.4, but I'm ok with that, but I'm pretty sure I made the BF % goal. Right now my BF % is averaging out to 14.64% over the last 7 days. It is from my scale so inaccurate at best, but I'll take it. Considering my BF started out at about 40% 2 years and 3 months ago, I'm happy with this.

I am 6 lbs away from my goal of 165, but if I had been LCing this whole month, I'm sure I would have made it. Lesson learned. Good job Everyone!!!

I guess I'll make my realistic goal to maintain my weight, and my "I-sure-hope-I-can-do-it" goal to lose 2" from my waist.
I lost 1" from my waist and maintained my weight. I'm calling it a WIN!
