B: black coffee
D: 4oz very lean sirloin, grilled w/some green onions and coconut aminos; cauliflower fried "rice" (about 250 cals total)
S: pouch of water packed tuna tossed w/romaine and cucumbers; olive garden light dressing (about 150 cals)

Not sure... I am debating a higher DD today (higher than my normal 350 anyway).

Dinner will definitely my old DD standby that I love:
4 egg whites
84g brussel sprouts
joseph's pita with cinnamon & sweetener

Ok, got it! Worked out my plan:

B - black coffee
L - sauteed green onion, mushrooms & zucchini w/ 4 egg whites; apple; 100 cal greek yogurt - 248
D - 5 egg whites, 84g brussel sprouts, joseph's pita w. cinn & sweetener

Total - 418

L - yogurt and 1 hb egg - 150 cal
D - 1 hb egg and some veggies - 100 cal

It's an EGG day! LOL I like something quick and easy - no brainer, but feel satisfied.
