Lisa, I hope the BP reading is better today. Work stress can be so horrible, and I believe it makes many many people very sick. I was one of them a couple of times over the years. I hope you can get it resolved, one way or another.

I've changed my avi to a more fitting picture of me.

It's an UD, and i'm still hungry. Maybe I'm one of those that needs to start at maintenance and then work my way down? .

But I do dislike being hungry. No fun!

Katie, it is fine to start with a higher cal DD and work your way down to lower levels as you adjust. You have so little lose if your stats are right, indeed it appears you are below goal...or am I missing something?

I hope you don't leave, but I think most of us have been there at one point in our careers and it is not worth the toll it takes if every day is miserable. I've been around for a couple days (ha!) and in my experience the other options (hospitals) are far more stressful with many more layers of middle management, but you have to take care of yourself. I know I find doing a list of pros and cons really helps when I am faced with a decision. Do a list of pros and cons of staying and a list of pros and cons of finding a new job. Those 2 lists will not always be the same.

I want a snail!!!!!

Katy you can start with higher DDs if that helps.

Thanks for the kind words ladies. I felt better today and my numbers were much better. I think the Dr. made the correct decision in taking me off the pills.

I know that I'm getting great work experience where I am and I have to stop focusing so much on my colleagues because they will surely drive me mad. Today, a colleague actually did not come into work because she had cramps. She wanted to call out Monday and Tuesday and finally just went for it. I wish this was the first time. So tomorrow I'm going in and just thinking that it's my Friday. Maybe after a four day break I'll be less frustrated.

This is why I loved home care. Less office drama, more working with clients. Hang in there girl! I hope you have a lovely, long, relaxing weekend!!

I have such a busy night ahead of me - tomorrow im taking my group fitness cert with AFAA and i barely studied . It hopefully should be easy but i need to fill in my study guide for tomorrow. Its like 20 pages of lots of info. My head is oh and its an hour and a half away, from 9-6 and then since its by my sisters, we are going out later to a haunted house. Oy! Energy i need you so badly!

Sounds fun, Katie! That is, after the studying and exam. Good luck!

Melinda, I hope you feel better as the day progresses. I find I'm stuffed up more in the mornings.

I'm going to a work shop today, so I won't be going in to work. I have a little longer to be at home this morning. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

I can eat like a snail EOD, but I don't want to lose at a snail's pace.

Hehe, all the snail/slug analogies are making me happy this morning. I'll have to share with Keira.

Sometimes, at the end of a particularly decadent UD meal, I fell like a slug!

For homeowner's insurance, since they carry their homes with them? The gecko can be the spokesperson for the auto insurance and the snail for homeowners.

...cause they're slow to respond to claims. (not that I've had to ever make a claim - their auto claims dept is awesome actually)

And I might add that I can eat enough snails (in garlic butte) on an UD to turn me into a slug.

Not for me today, its a DD. Boy I need it too.

I know I can always get the numbers down with a couple of good DDs but lately life has been just too much fun. Here I am off on yet another break to Italay and I am still carrying the Germany weight. Haven't see a number below 128 for ages. Hopefully this week will see the scales moving in the right direction.

The miracle is that I haven't gained more the way I have been partying. Thank you Sirtuins.

Love the new hair colour Dawn you are look so good!
