In mine, and my late husbands. families, it seems we have 1 or more birthdays nearly everyday in September. Must have been those cold winter nights in Dec/Jan!

That's the joke in our family, too. My brother's birthday is August 14th. I was due on his birthday, but wasn't born until September 21st (my poor mother!).

The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves.
As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.
