I've been as low as 148 a couple of months ago, so no new lows this month. I'm still struggling to be happy with my squidge where it is. If I go lower, I lose where I don't want to lose, but I'm hoping with a longer length of maintenance, things might shift around a bit. I'm also anxious to try some pilates, yoga, callanetics, hula hooping, or the foundation exercises Dr. Mercola promotes, but my back, neck and shoulder are still pretty messed up from my car accident a month ago.

Goals for the next month(or however long it takes!)-get to 145 pounds, eat closer to 1680 calorie UD's/350 DD's (plus extra around exercise.)

9/02 DD (500 calories)travel day & wasn't able to weigh
9/03 UD 153.6 (3000 calories) had no idea guacamole had so many calories!
9/04 DD 154.8 (560 cals) couldn't resist a late night snack.
9/05 UD 151.8 (1507) surprised my weight dropped
9/06 DD 154.8 (260) had salty Chinese food last night
9/07 UD 151.4 (1760)
9/08 DD 154.4 (1637 calories but burned 1460 running)
