Goals for the next month(or however long it takes!)-get to 145 pounds, eat closer to 1680 calorie UD's/350 DD's (plus extra around exercise.)

9/02 DD (500 calories)travel day & wasn't able to weigh
9/03 UD 153.6 (3000 calories) had no idea guacamole had so many calories!
9/04 DD 154.8 (560 cals) couldn't resist a late night snack.
9/05 UD 151.8 (1507) surprised my weight dropped
9/06 DD 154.8 (260) had salty Chinese food last night
9/07 UD 151.4 (1760)
9/08 DD 154.4 (?) running today so not sure how many calories I will need

So I keep trying to do the multi quote !!! I click on them but it doesn't work for me?? Am I not allowed that?
Anyway so many of you are doing great.keep it up!! for those of you that didn't lose just keep at it.I just went down this morning so it does happen,I was very strick with myself the last few days.Soooo far it seems to have worked but I was almost to this point last month ...we shall see.All we can do is keep trying.Right?? Not sure what my deal is with the UUADs lately! Need to fix that if I want to get anywhere this month.
We are in the same boat! It seems like every weekend something is going on and I just way over do it! We have rocked JUDDD and I know we can get back on track!!!
