Hi JUDDD BUDDDS!!!!!!!! It has been awhile, but I just wanted to check in! August was very shaky for me. I have done a few down days here and there, but I haven't counted my up day calories in a long time. I decided to step on the scale this morning after a dd and see what the damage is and I am happy to report that even though I didn't lose anything in August, I was only up 0.8 lbs! I am heading to my moms this weekend and won't be able to check back in until Monday because I won't be near my scale, but I wanted to jump in real quick.

ETA: Having an August like I did, it has given me confidence that once I get to goal I will be able to maintain!!! Something no WOE has ever given me!!!!

I am back from my last summer trip! I had a lot of fun but now I am ready to focus on JUDDD! My plan is to get back to goal and maintenance
Goals for the next month(or however long it takes!)-get to 145 pounds, eat closer to 1680 calorie UD's/350 DD's (plus extra around exercise.)
9/02 DD (500 calories)travel day & wasn't able to weigh
9/03 UD 153.6 (3000 calories) had no idea guacamole had so many calories!
9/04 DD 154.8 (560 cals) couldn't resist a late night snack.
9/05 UD 151.8 (1680 cals planned) surprised my weight dropped as I am not that close to plan yet.

Thanks Carol and Starrhae! I hope it is a fast trip back to maintenance. I am missing those extra DD calories! I think my next DD should be a good low one as I am not ravenously hungry today.

It is great to see so many of us off to a great start this monthand for those who aren't seeing the changes on the scale yet I am sure it is coming soon

Goal for September - To continue to trend down and possibly reach my goal of 136 pounds with 30% body fat.

9/1 - 139.0 - 229.125" - 34.9%
9/2 - 140.0 - 228.500" - 34.7%
9/3 - 138.8 - 228.250" - 34.1%
9/4 - 138.8 - 228.000" - 34.0%
9/5 - 138.0 - 227.250" - 33.8% ALL 3 ARE NEW LOWS!
9/6 - 140.0 - 227.750" - 33.5% NEW BODY FAT LOW!

The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves.
As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.
