As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.

Has anyone read The Belly Fat Cure?? I am having a hard time getting to my mini goal of 139!! I keep going up again! To much Labor Day I suppose!1:down I refuse to quit,tho! Ihave done that many times!! How will I ever get to 125 if I stop now? I just keep telling myself how much better I feel and my clothes are fitting better! It helps to read all your posts and see how everyone else is doiing.
I go for my yearly ck up on Friday and see how my cholesterol is doing!! They wanted me to take med for it a couple years ago and I started eating LC and so far it has been real good . I suprised the doctor!!!Hopefully it is still good!!

Five different weeklong meal plans designed for various eating styles, from carb lovers to meat-eaters, provide a framework for the eating plan.

When in doubt, dieters can follow the "no-excuses day" plan:

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 slices buttered toast
Snack: Handful of walnuts
Lunch: Tuna salad on one piece pita bread
Snack: 1 cup cottage cheese with honey
Dinner: Grilled chicken or steak, sautéed veggies and 1/2 cup brown rice

Dieters are advised to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Most fresh fruits, and beverages such as skim milk and 100% fruit juice, are depicted as "belly bad."

Because of their low sugar content, blackberries and blueberries are the only fruits allowed on The Belly Cure plan. I tried the Protein Power "The 6-Week Cure For the Middle-Aged Middle" and it did not work for me.

I don't think belly fat that is stubborn will ever totally go away.

Because fat and protein don’t increase insulin levels, there's no need to limit or track these nutrients, Cruise says. "They are the most satisfying nutrients so it is unlikely you will overeat them," he says.

I disagree with this statement. It is certainly possible to over eat both fat and protein. I have done both, so I know. I still have to limit fat in order to lose, and if I eat too much protein, it raises my blood sugar.
