Carole, rising less than half a pound on a UD, while demonstrating how JUDDD fits flexibly into our social lives, sounds pretty stellar to me!

As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.
