I wish I had seen this earlier.
I started at 147-149 this month and lowest was 141.3.
Lots of water retention atm.
My goal will be to finish off less than 143 and continue running.

9/24: 144.3 /post UUAD/4.1 mile @avg heart rate 155. Time:1:08 ( i am slow)/ 509 cals gross amount.
