Since I've only been on JUDDD again for a week, my goal for the rest of September is to remaining true to my rotations. I'll set a weight goal for October

9/16 - UD - 185.4 ~2000 cal

9/02 DD (500 calories)travel day & wasn't able to weigh
9/03 UD 153.6 (3000 calories) had no idea guacamole had so many calories!
9/04 DD 154.8 (560 cals) couldn't resist a late night snack.
9/05 UD 151.8 (1507) surprised my weight dropped
9/06 DD 154.8 (260) had salty Chinese food last night

The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves.
As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.
