9/4 UD - 195.6, 2454, 1 mile run/45 minutes ofweight lifting, BF 17.66%

Not as bad a bounce after a birthday dinner with my daughter at our favorite sushi place, had half a roll and then a huge plate of Basil Lime Chili chicken with probably 2 cups of rice and then they brought my daughter some ice cream cake which we split! Definitely kicked me out of ketosis! We are both running in the color run 5k today so hopefully I'll burn off the excess carbs and be back into ketosis later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Thanks! I was having a series of oddly high weights, partially deserved, but partially unexplained. Thanks for your "you've got this" comment the other day ... it was very encouraging, and I thought ... yeah, I do! I know what to do, and I know it will come back down. I definitely had the JUDDD calm about it. Love JUDDD!

Goals for the next month(or however long it takes!)-get to 145 pounds, eat closer to 1680 calorie UD's/350 DD's (plus extra around exercise.)

9/02 DD (500 calories)travel day & wasn't able to weigh
9/03 UD 153.6 (3000 calories) had no idea guacamole had so many calories!
9/04 DD 154.8 (560 cals) couldn't resist a late night snack.
9/05 UD 151.8 (1507) surprised my weight dropped
9/06 DD 154.8 (260) had salty Chinese food last night
