9/04 DD 154.8 (560 cals) couldn't resist a late night snack.
9/05 UD 151.8 (1507) surprised my weight dropped

Yesterday turned into a UD when I decided I needed chocolate and then added some crisps (chips) in the spirit of what-the-heck.

Note to newbies, don't do what I'm doing right now!!

I always believed that I had a plateau around 126 lbs where my weight can easily be maintained. Hopefully I'm proving my hypothesis correct.

The Inches Chart is the total of my measurements for neck, bust, waist, belly, hips, thighs and calves.
As long as my measurements are going down, my weight does not matter.

The darker color line is the actual numbers and the lighter color line is the 7-day average. As long as the average is going down and the actual is lower than the average, I know I am trending in the right direction, no matter what the speed.
