Amazingly, even after a tough DD, was up early and was able to do 20 minutes of the new Body Combat dvd. I didn't say I did it WELL, but I did some of it

Speaking of which, Kissa - I wonder if you're doing the same Body Combat in the UK as we are in the States. Perhaps I could start doing Skype Body Combat classes with you guys

Start Date: restart again 1/17/2014
I haven't been able to exercise these past 2 weeks due to tendonitis in my knee.
I get this verry easy. Oh I know I am suposed to warm up before exercise but really
how do you warm up for a 15min walk at 1.2mph on a treadmill ? Has anyone here had
any experience with this, know of any supliments that can help ect.

Hi E.W. Sorry about your knee. For warm ups (and cool downs) I usually just do whatever cardio I'm doing for a few minutes, but at a much slower gentler rate than my workout calls for.

Standing desk is getting the backseat lately. Too busy at work and I can't ever seem to get enough done when I'm not sitting. Oh well. I'm trying to make sure to get up and walk around a lot in between tasks. Better than nothing!

I'm going to join you this month.
9/1- 15 minutes running on elliptical- 2.2 miles.
9/2- 1 hour walk at the track- 2.2 miles. Another 1 hour walk- logged 5.85 miles today.
9/3- 15 minutes running on elliptical- 2.1 miles. 1.5 hour walk 3 miles.
9/4- 1 hour walk 2.5 miles. Total miles for the day 4.76.
9/5- 40 minute walk-2.94 miles logged
9/6- No time to do anything.
9/7- Tonight we are going to a gala for a local non-profit... dancing hopefully.
9/8- 15 minutes running on elliptical- 2.2 miles. 45 minute walk 2 miles.
9/9- No time to do anything.
9/10- 1 hour 20 minute walk. Logged 4.7 miles.
9/11- 40 minute walk about 2 miles.
