S - protein granola bar 190c
D - at my parents house for the start of the long weekend. I have 1140c, so I am sure I will enjoy them all! PLUS some wine!
I have a planned F- UD, Sa - UD, Su-UD. I am going to try to keep Saturday's UD a little lower, but I think that is the day Mom plans to celebrate birthday's. Can't miss out on that!

Going out for lunch with friend from work -- trying to aim for a MD, because I'm meeting another friend for brunch tomorrow which will again be a MD (hopefully!). I've been having to rearrange my rotations to accommodate social situations, but so far, so good.
